Is Health Care a Moral Imperative?

This last item gives me the chance to complain one more time about folks who believe in evolution yet do not question freeing a convict because old DNA evidence does not match the convicts current DNA. Suddenly they think the wrong person is behind bars for the crime. Why? Every time I read one of those stories I think it is wrong to free a convicted person based on that test. The reason? EVOLUTION....
