So Congressman/House Speaker Dennis Hastert is demanding the FBI return all papers seized during a raid on Congressman Jefferson’s congressional office.
How’s that again?

Tom DeLay never had his congressional office raided by the FBI. But I guess he can imagine Jefferson’s pain.
Has Duke Cunningham weighed in on this controversy? I'll bet Cunningham is glad that didn't happen to him. His office was never raided by the FBI either.
