Child endangering charges filed

This is one of the most heartbreaking news reports I have ever read. A 6-week old baby girl was found to have been bitten numerous times by rats. According to the news report the infant girl had lost 2 toes to rat bites and also suffered numerous bites elsewhere on her body. In plain language the 6 week old baby was being eaten alive by rats.
