Unsportsmanlike conduct in the Senate

Senate Republicans unfair, mean-spirited and unsportsmanlike conduct attracts penalty proposals. Its time for President Obama to realize his goal of bipartisan legislation is a reach too far for Senate Republicans and conservatives.

We may have to tie a knot in our rope and hang on while we wait for this Resolution introduced by Senator Udall (NM) to work its way out of the Committee on Rules & Administration. S. Res. 396 - A Resolution to enable each newly constituted Senate to carry out its responsibility to determine the Rules of its Proceedings at the beginning of each Congress.
