Bone Picking
Who says you can’t dig your way out of a hole?
Mr. T. Boone Pickens came up with that old maxim when he went before the Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on energy initiatives. Chaired by the Independent Joe Lieberman, TBoone was treated with deference and thrown mostly softball questions by Lieberman, Collins, Voinovich and Dominici. Interesting to note there were not any Democratic Senators attending this hearing.
Could it be the seeds you sewed in 2004 when you financed that swift boat ad to oppose John Kerry have borne a bitter fruit?
As for me, I shall regard your unsworn testimony as maybe a little exaggerated and a whole lot self-serving.
