America's Congress will never do this.
Why?
Because it might fix a problem.
and
Because it requires a National Voter ID card.
Our Congress intensely dislikes the latter, and also has an intense aversion to fixing problems.

One thing I like about the method Estonia uses is the multiple do overs the voter is allowed. Another nifty result of internet E-voting is that the voter can vote from anywhere in the world. Just think, no more hassle running down to your voting precinct, standing in line, producing a valid form of ID or applying for a absentee ballot.
